Subomi Dixon, CFA

Financial Advisory

Subomi Dixon is a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 7 years of experience in investment management, strategic planning, and business transformation. He currently serves as the Group Head, Strategy, Investments & Business Transformation at AfyA Care, where he has played a pivotal role in executing the organization's Africa-focused growth and expansion strategies.

At AfyA Care, Subomi has been instrumental in driving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project financing, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic business planning. Having joined the company during its early startup phase, he has directly contributed to its transformation into a dynamic healthcare organization with over 600 employees.

Prior to his tenure at AfyA Care, Subomi worked as a Business Analyst at Purple Petals Resources Limited. His achievements include successfully completing the CFA program within two years - scoring in the top 10th percentile in Level 1. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Subomi's commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional role. He actively shares his insights through panel discussions, mentoring, and guiding young professionals in their career journeys. Temi Faseyide is a Marketing Communications Leader with over five years of experience in driving growth and global visibility for leaders and organizations. She currently leads Marketing Communication efforts at Nithio, unlocking billions in investment to build climate resilience across Africa.

With a strong foundation in brand strategy, public relations, and content marketing, she has collaborated with companies across fintech, venture capital, and health tech industries. Her expertise spans storytelling, media engagement, marketing, and social media, making her a trusted advisor in crafting narratives that resonate with key audiences.

Previously, she led Communications at HoaQ, a venture syndicate, where she significantly grew the brand’s profile and established proven strategies for success. At InsiderPR, she has authored thought leadership content featured in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, TechCabal, and Next Billion, while also managing PR campaigns and enhancing regional and global visibility for clients.

Temi holds a postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ilorin.
